The Honey Sisters began with two sisters from Haskovo, Bulgaria, and a connection that led to the island of Ikaria. Through family, they met Nico, an olive oil producer, and Costa, a local beekeeper in the hillside village of Karavostamo. What started as a personal connection became a shared appreciation for a simpler way of life—where olive oil and honey are used daily, not occasionally.
